How We Communicate
We may contact you by email, text message (SMS), phone call, or voicemail for purposes such as scheduling, onboarding, customer support, and important updates related to your request or enrollment.
Email Policy
Email is used to send and receive correspondence regarding:

Text Message (SMS) Policy
SMS is used for brief, practical communication, such as:

confirming your submission or enrollment

scheduling or rescheduling calls/appointments

reminders and time-sensitive updates (e.g., running late)

onboarding steps and “next actions” after you opt in
SMS Consent (Opt-In)
You only receive SMS messages if you opt in by providing your phone number and checking an SMS consent checkbox(or otherwise explicitly requesting text communication) on our forms/pages.
Message Frequency
Up to 4 messages per month (unless you request additional support or scheduling changes).
Msg & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages.

Confidentiality Note (SMS)
Text messaging is not guaranteed to be a confidential form of communication. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information by text. We do not conduct coaching discussions via SMS.
Phone Policy
Cell phone communications cannot be guaranteed as a confidential form of communication. We make reasonable efforts to maintain privacy, but by choosing phone communication you acknowledge and accept the limitations of confidentiality.
Voicemail Policy
Voicemail systems may be housed on cellular and/or internet-based services and cannot be guaranteed confidential. Please do not leave sensitive information on voicemail. Voicemail may be used to request a return call and/or scheduling support.
Voicemail is password protected and monitored throughout the week unless we are on vacation or handling urgent personal matters. We aim to return calls as soon as possible, often within the same day.
Privacy & Data Use (Communication)
When you submit a form or communicate with us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, school/organization, and message details for the purpose of:

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with service providers necessary to deliver communications (for example, email/SMS/phone service platforms), and only for the purpose of providing these services.
